What does a business actually get?

A subscription to the web app and the mobile app: online booking, reminders, staff calendars, client records, packages, inventory, expenses, reports, payroll tools, and Stripe payments. That is the appointment system, sold as software.

Can deposits apply to only some services?

Yes. Deposit rules can be attached to specific services or providers, and customers see them while they book.

Does it support more than one location?

Yes. Locations, providers, and services can grow inside the same subscription, with one booking experience for customers and one view for managers.

Education & tutoring Software in Texas | Web & Mobile App

Education & tutoring operators across Texas sell appointments. AppointSet is the software they subscribe to so those appointments are booked, staffed, and paid in one product — a web app for the business and a mobile app for the team.

Demand still clusters on evenings and weekends. The product publishes real availability, captures the service and the provider, and sends reminders so a Texas education & tutoring book stays closer to what the floor can deliver.

One location or several, the subscription is the operating system: services, packages, employee hours, client history, inventory, expenses, reports, and Stripe payments. Customers book with the business. The business uses the software every day.

Tutor guiding student through online learning tools — Education & tutoring teams across Texas benefit when booking, reminders, and payments work as one system—not a patchwork of texts and spreadsheets.

Reality on the ground

Scheduling problems education & tutoring software is bought to solve in Texas

These are the patterns we hear from owners and managers building appointment-driven businesses across Texas.

Peak weeks expose weak booking rules

When rules are vague, providers get overbooked or customers get turned away.

AppointSet is where a Texas team stores durations and buffers, then sells only the times that are real.

The booking page is part of the product you run

Customers decide quickly. A clear service menu, a clear policy, and a confirmation come from the software the business pays for.

Several providers need one schedule

Shift changes make a shared spreadsheet fragile.

Employee hours in AppointSet keep each column accurate on the web app and on the mobile app.

Long appointments need a cancellation policy that collects

Reminders and optional deposits protect premium time.

Both live in the subscription, so the follow-up is part of the product.
